Casual Meltdown products are made on demand. That means your item is created after your order is placed instead of being pulled from a warehouse shelf.
This helps reduce overproduction and keeps us from sitting on a mountain of shirts that say “Not Today” while today continues happening anyway.
Order Processing & Production
Most orders require production time before they ship. Production time usually takes 2–5 business days, but it may take longer during busy seasons, product shortages, holidays, or carrier delays.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is calculated as:
Production time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
Shipping times vary based on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and product availability. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or considered undeliverable by the carrier, the package may be returned. If reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, high shipping volume, or other carrier issues outside our control.

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on the items ordered, fulfillment location, or carrier handling.
International Shipping
If international shipping is available for your order, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local delivery charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Casual Meltdown.
