T-Shirt Size Guide

Finding the right fit should not require emotional support, but here we are. Use the chart below to compare measurements before ordering your Casual Meltdown T-shirt.

For best results, measure a shirt you already own and like, then compare it to the measurements below.

How to Measure

Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
Width: Measure across the chest from side to side, usually about 1 inch below the armhole.
Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back of the neck across the shoulder and down to the sleeve end.

Measurements may vary slightly due to the production process. When in doubt, size up. Future you may appreciate the breathing room.

This guide is based on garment measurements, not body measurements. That means the numbers reflect the shirt itself laid flat, not your chest, waist, or sleeve size.
