Casual Meltdown products are made on demand. Each item is produced specifically for the order placed.
Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
If the issue is confirmed, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong design compared to what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and help correct it.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the package may be returned.
If reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.
Packages that go unclaimed or are returned due to customer address issues may not be eligible for refund.
Size Exchanges
Because each item is made on demand, we do not offer free size exchanges.
Please review the size chart before ordering. Apparel sizing can vary by product style, fit, and manufacturer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production has not started.
Once an order enters production or fulfillment, it usually cannot be canceled.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, payment provider, or Shopify Payments.
Return Instructions
Do not send products back without contacting us first.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Made-to-Order Final Sale Items
Casual Meltdown products are generally made on demand after an order is placed. Products marked as made-to-order or final sale are produced specifically for each customer order.
Because of this, made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
